€20 Return from Dublin Airport to Maynooth
HopFeckingTastic: The new easy way from the Airport for 2024

We were thrilled to find out the Maynooth Hopper Bus service is back and running to and from Maynooth. It takes about 45 minutes to reach Maynooth, but this can take longer at rush hour (7.30am-9.30) (4.30pm-6.30). https://airporthopper.ie/

This will enable you to get to and from the airport for only €20. (If you buy in advance online)

If you look at the timetable it also returns early enough to the airport to catch even the earliest flights.

Regarding booking: You should allow 45 minutes from landing time to get out of the airport to the bus terminal next to it. If you have luggage in the belly of the plane add another 30 minutes.

On the way out of Ireland, airlines advise two hours before hand but if you are leaving early in the morning 90 minutes is still very safe.

Arrival at Maynooth:

The bus stops in Maynooth around the corner from the University and is a short walk, the map shows which archway you need to go to check in for the South Campus. The North Campus check in is a little further away.

At Dublin Airport:

The bus stops in Zone 16 of the bus terminal. It isn’t that big, and you will find it easy enough or just ask. It is directly across from Terminal 1 where you exit (Ryanair, KLM, etc) or a short walk from Terminal 2 ( Aer Lingus )

What if your flight is delayed coming in?

Do not worry, if you miss your bus, they will let you on the next one , we double checked with them.
